TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

Sonae (UK) has a strong commitment to ensuring the competence of all team members.  Our recruitment and selection process has been implemented to ensure the best possible candidates are selected with the necessary skills, qualifications and experience to fulfil the role.

Competency assessment checks and Individual performance appraisals (IPA) are undertaken with company personnel every 6 months to identify any skill gaps and development training requirements in accordance with the company Quality Management procedures.
